Pre-Order Guidelines:

  • Orders with on-hand and pre-order items will follow the PO timeline. To avoid longer wait times for on-hand items, please place two separate orders (one for on-hand, another for pre-orders).

    • Local: 1-2 weeks
    • International: 2-8 weeks
